Auction/Luncheon Ticket holders can arrive at 12 Noon to begin bidding on auction items, enjoy the beautiful venue and play a few games. The luncheon and live auction begins as soon as shooters return, around 1 PM. The silent auction will end and the raffle drawing will take place 20 minutes after the live auction ends. Generally all festivities are over between 2:30 and 3 PM.
